Implementation Leads

The Implementation Lead Project aims to provide in-school capacity, research evidence-based support and bring together Leads to develop a community of practice, aiming to improve outcomes for disadvantaged pupils in Norwich, as a key focus within medium-long term education recovery planning.

The project will:

  1. Create in-school Implementation Leads with NOA funded capacity, for a member of SLT (or aspiring leader with clear SLT access)
  2. Provide Leads with implementation training delivered by Norwich Research School, as well as coaching support for participating schools.
