Updated offers to support Primary and Secondary schools – May 2022
Schools in the “Greater Norwich” area can also access support from NOA projects that are designed to support pupils with the transition between primary and secondary phase. A list of which schools are included in the Greater Norwich area is here. A summary document below lists these projects and how to get involved.
Resources and support available to everyone:

- Professionally developed resources created by local teachers designed to support pupils with the transition between Year 6 and Year 7 – curriculum resources and tools to support effective information sharing can be found here – Transition
- Free resources and information to make sure support is in place for Young Carers at primary and secondary phase.
